Return & Refund Policy

At ZYREVER, we want you to shop with confidence. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused
Free from stains, perfume, makeup, or other marks
Returned with original tags attached
In the original packaging
In the same condition in which they were received

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or returned without tags may not be accepted.

Reason for return
Clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once approved, we will send you the return instructions and return address.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

Wrong Size, Color, or Change of Mind

You may return an eligible item if you selected the wrong size or color, or simply changed your mind.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost in these cases.

We recommend checking the product details and size guide before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours.

Please send:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos
A photo of the shipping label
Photos of the packaging, if damaged

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another suitable solution.

Please do not wear, wash, alter, return, or discard the item before your claim is reviewed.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

You may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size, color, or style.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot normally be returned unless damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Underwear and lingerie
Swimwear without the hygiene seal
Earrings and pierced jewelry
Face coverings
Bodysuits
Socks and hosiery
Personalized or custom-made items
Items marked as Final Sale

Sale Items

Regular sale items may be returned if they meet our standard return conditions.

Items clearly marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for:

Wrong size
Wrong color
Change of mind
Unwanted items

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our error, we will review the shipping cost as part of the claim.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages lost during transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was caused by an error on our side.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may apply if:

Original packaging is missing
Tags or accessories are missing
The item has been handled beyond a normal inspection
Only part of the order is affected

Items that have been worn, washed, stained, altered, or damaged by the customer may be refused.

Order Cancellations

We will do our best to help, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.
